• Advance Payment:
  If you wish to avail our services, an advance payment is required.

• Proofreading Responsibility:
  It is your responsibility to carefully check and verify all grammatical and content-related errors in the design.

• Disclaimer:
  We are not responsible for any mistakes once the design has been approved.

• Design Finalization & Format:
  After the design is finalized, we will send the files in JPG format, allowing you to review them before CTP plate making.

• Accuracy Efforts:
  We make every effort to ensure there are no mistakes in the design. However, if any error remains, it will be your responsibility.

• Design Count & Charges:
  One design will be counted as one unit. If a second design is made on the same subject/matter, additional charges will apply.

• Communication for Changes:
  Kindly send corrections and new design instructions via WhatsApp message or voice recording only.

• Phone Calls:
  Please avoid phone calls for conveying changes or explaining design requirements.

1. एडवांस भुगतान:
   यदि आप हमारी सेवाएं लेना चाहते हैं, तो अग्रिम भुगतान अनिवार्य है।

2. प्रूफ रीडिंग की जिम्मेदारी:
   डिज़ाइन में सभी व्याकरण और सामग्री संबंधी त्रुटियों की सावधानीपूर्वक जाँच करना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।

3. अस्वीकृति (Disclaimer):
   एक बार डिज़ाइन स्वीकृत हो जाने के बाद किसी भी गलती के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।

4. डिज़ाइन की अंतिम स्वीकृति और फ़ॉर्मेट:
   डिज़ाइन के अंतिम रूप से स्वीकृत होने के बाद हम आपको फाइलें JPG फॉर्मेट में भेजेंगे, जिससे आप CTP प्लेट बनाने से पहले उन्हें जाँच सकें।

5. सटीकता के लिए प्रयास:
   हम यह सुनिश्चित करने की पूरी कोशिश करते हैं कि डिज़ाइन में कोई गलती न हो। लेकिन यदि फिर भी कोई गलती रह जाती है, तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी आपकी होगी।

6. डिज़ाइन की गणना और शुल्क:
   एक डिज़ाइन को एक इकाई (unit) माना जाएगा। यदि उसी विषय पर दूसरा डिज़ाइन बनाया जाता है, तो उसके लिए अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाएगा।

7. बदलाव हेतु संवाद:
   कृपया सुधार और नए डिज़ाइन संबंधी निर्देश केवल व्हाट्सएप संदेश या वॉइस रिकॉर्डिंग के माध्यम से भेजें।

8. फोन कॉल से परहेज:
   कृपया डिज़ाइन में बदलाव या उसकी व्याख्या के लिए फोन कॉल करने से बचें।
